There are some stains and spills that may be difficult for the householder to

4. Use solvents, detergents, turpentine or other solutions

1. Act immediately before stain spreads or penetrates fibres
2. Scrape up as much of the cause of the stain as possible
3. Always work towards the centre of the spillage to avoid spreading
4. Blot up liquids with clean cloth
5. Use plain warm water to dampen (without rubbing) - keep damp until help arrives
6.vPaint spills must be kept covered with cling film to prevent drying

1. Vacuum carpets, floors and upholstery more than once a week
2. Sweep entrance mats regularly
3. Have carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned every
6-12 months
4. Have mattresses professionally cleaned every 6 months.
Also consider the application of ChemDry's anti-allergen treatment
5. Have heating and air-conditioning system inspected and serviced annually
6. Control moisture and humidity. 60% humidity or lower is best.
This can be controlled through using a dehumidifier
or air conditioner
